The glass looks very nice & clean upon first inspection, with just some slight internal dust.

But, a close inspection with a flashlight shows what may be the bery beginning stages of a light haze or fungus. We are not sure - but right now, it does not seem to effect the images.

This lens is great for anyone with a Leica R system camera; ideal for macro work, portraits, and shallow depth of field shots. Due to the unique look of Leica glass and this lens being manual focus, this lens would also be great for cinematographers and videographers!
