EARLY LEICA 1 C #28105/MADE 1930 withLeitz-ELMAR f=5cm f3.5-22 Lens NICE CONDITION
Leica I with Elmar f=5cm 1: 3.5 Black Body No 28105 Manufactured: 1930. Physical Condition is shown in the pictures; the working condition is unknown. I inherited this camera from my father who spent 20 years in the photography business here in Birmingham, Alabama. Unfortunately, I never discussed this Leica with him before he passed, so not exactly sure which exact Leica this is, other than possibly, it is a Leica 1 Standard? Please note some interesting features: There is no "peep" hole on the backside of this camera; the cold shoe is almost square; and there are shoulder strap eyelets on each end of the body. Have not had time to put a roll of film through it, so cannot say anything about it's ability to take pictures, but the lens looks clear as shown in the pictures, and goes up to f 22. DUE TO TIME OF YEAR, YOU HAVE A CHOICE OF SHIPPERS. PLEASE ABIDE BY THE RULES.
