Genuine Leica Leitz bakelite lens keeper / case for 5cm LTM Elmar /. This is genuine lens case for 5cm Elmar and Summitar lenses with LTM M39 mount. This black lens keeper comes in excellent cosmetic condition, with very minor signs of previous use. There are just a few small marks externally and bit of stains / dirt inside. Keeper in fully working condition, with no cracks that are common for these bakelite cases.
