This LEICA/LEITZ silver chrome 50/2.8 ELMAR-M LENS, Serial No. 2472971, E39, for Leica M series cameras, is in perfect condition. It is a late model with both feet and meters distance scales. The chrome finish is unmarked, and there are no scratches, marks or other blemishes on the glass. There is no evidence of internal separation.

Dust or haze when a light is shined through the lens. As shown in the attached photos, t he mirror finish of the collapsible barrel of the lens is unmarked.
