A Leitz Wetzlar 5cm F2.8 standard lens for Leica Thread mount cameras from 1958. With a generic thread mount to M adapter and the makers front and rear lens caps.

A Courier service is the only option available, as normal parcel post is not handled by the South Africa Postal Services any more.
