Leica 90mm f/4 Elmar- "FAT ELMAR"- Screw Mount, vintage lens made in Wetzlar, Germany, circa 1932. This is the second version of the Fat Elmar, which is rangefinder coupled.

The first version was not rangefinder coupled. Black on brass and nickel finish. This lens shows some internal haze and dust, as is expected with lenses of this vintage. The focus and f/stop rings turn smoothly.

There is no oil on the diaphragm blades. Fairly uncommon version of the 90mm f/4 Elmar, the Fat Elmar is much more collectible than the standard thread mount pre-war version.
