Vintage Leica II Black 35mm rangefinder camera with Leitz Elmar 5cm f3.5 lens
Made in Germany in 1935. Original black painted with nickel fittings and matching nickel lens. Shutter speeds are: 1/20, 1/30, 1/40, 1/60, 1/100, 1/200/, 1/500 and Z. Shutter curtains are in good working order. Camera has been CLA'd best as possible for a vintage item.
Top plate is in fair condition with some marks around. Bottom plate is good with a few small marks. Clean and bright View Finder. All original knobs and handles with some wear.
Comes with case, three(3) Leica 35mm film cassettes, and instructions. Focusing from 3.5 feet, or 1m. Slightly foggy and has many cleaning marks on the front.
This fog and cleaning marks may, but probably shouldl not affect your photos. Smooth and clean aperture blades.Good focusing, but helicoid is a little dry. Truly "classic" Leica rangefinder camera in rare black paint finish with early 5cm f/3.5 Elmar lens in user condition.
